How to connect FastTrack360 to Onboarded

Onboarded effortlessly integrates with FastTrack360 and updates your candidate record in FastTrack with your candidates onboarding data, including their payroll details by creating the payee record.

Collecting API details

In order to connect your FastTrack360 with Onboarded, you will need the following details. Please contact your FastTrack360 account manager to obtain this information.

  1. API Key

  2. API Username

  3. API Password

  4. API Host

  5. X-Consumer

Connect FastTrack360 with you Onboarded

  1. In your Onboarded's dashboard, click on the settings wheel located in the top right corner.

  2. Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Once in the General settings tab, scroll down to Payroll Integrations where you will be able to see FastTrack 360.

  4. Click on the Connect button.

  5. In the Pop-up window enter the following information:

  6. Once you have entered all the details the green "Save" button will enable. Click on Save

📌Note: If the API details are incorrect, you will not be able to connect your FastTrack360 to Onboarded.

  • You are now connected with FastTrack360 and the connect button will change to the Red disconnect button.
