Follow these steps to successfully integrate Vincere with Onboarded:
Get API Credentials from Vincere
Contact the Vincere support team.
Request the following information:
Client ID
API Key
Host API
Enable Onboarded in Vincere
Log in to your Vincere account.
Go to the Marketplace.
Locate the Onboarded tile.
Flick the switch to Enable Onboarded.
Connect Vincere to Onboarded
Log in to your Onboarded dashboard.
Click the cogwheel icon in the top right corner.
Select General Settings from the dropdown menu.
Scroll to the HR/ATS Integrations section and locate Vincere.
Click on the Connect button.
In the pop-up window, enter the Client ID and API Key and the API host.
Click Save.
You will be redirected to Vincere’s login screen.
Log in using your Vincere admin credentials.
Once logged in successfully, you will see a Connected Notification Screen, confirming the integration.
📌 If the credentials are incorrect, the connection will fail.
