Form Settings

Form settings under the General Settings tab in your dashboard allows you to customize key behaviors and notifications at the form level. These configurations help tailor how each form behaves, how reminders are sent, and where important notifications go.

How to Access

To access and update form-level general settings:

  1. Go to your dashboard and click on the cogwheel icon located at the top right corner.

  2. Click on General Settings from the dropdown menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Forms section.

  4. In the Action column, locate the form you want to update.

  5. Click on the Settings button next to that form to view and edit its configurations.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Settings must be updated individually for each form. There is no bulk setting option available.


How to Customize Form Settings

Once inside the form-specific settings screen, you can configure the following options:

  1. Payroll Error Email: Enter the email address where payroll-related issues or new payee alerts will be sent.

  2. Candidate Error Notification: Set an email address to receive alerts if there are issues integrating data into your ATS solution.

  3. Completed By: Sends a notification to the user who completed the form. No email input is needed for this option.

  4. Custom Email: Enter an email address to receive general notifications for this form.

  5. Minimum Work References: Set the minimum number of work references a candidate must provide to submit the onboarding form.

  6. Reminder Email Interval Days: Define how often (in days) automatic reminders are sent to candidates who haven't completed their onboarding.

  7. Invitation Link Expiry: Choose how many days the candidateโ€™s invitation link remains active before it expires.

  8. Invite Via SMS: Toggle this switch ON to allow invitation messages to be sent via SMS instead of email.

    Important: SMS invites apply only to the initial invite. All follow-up reminders will be sent via email.
